Changed stick damage to 2 from 1
changed Mystical object name to Microstick
Changed microstick damage to 10 , up from 6
Made it so if you cast Heal while your target is an enemy or null , target yourself
Made the Angel Restore health cost 50% cheaper (From maxhp/100+maxmana/100 , to maxhp/50 + maxmana/50)
When you die your health is now 1 and mana is now 0 (Causes your deaths to need a restore at the Angel , or if a sacerdos is nearby)
Made SpawnPoints Appear at Angels.
Made respawning spawn you at the CLOSEST spawnpoint , not a random.
Changed Mana Costs on All spells (Base Reduced by 50%)

Fixed a Bug where quest 1 marker didnt appear.
Fixed some things with tagging with spells.
Fixed Strike from not giving exp or quest kill if it delivered a Killingblow.
Fixed a Bug where quest marks would spawn endlessly.
